The following terms and conditions apply to the "$250 Signup Bonus" Promotion (hereafter the "Promotion") which runs through December 31st, 2004. The Promotion is being conducted by Cyberheat Inc. (herafter "CHI") via CHI's Topcash.com Advertising Program (hereafter the "TopCash Program")

Structure of the Promotion

CHI will pay a USD $250.00 bonus to all eligible webmasters/accounts that refer a minimum of 10 software sales during the term of the Promtion. The Promotion begins at 12am Pacific Standard Time on September 30th, 2004 and concludes at 11:59pm on December 31st, 2004.

Any accounts that have been suspended or terminated from the Program for fraudulent activity, spamming or any other reason for termination are not eligible for the Promotion.

Only one account per individual or company will be eligible for the Promotion, regardless of how many accounts the individual or company has established on the TopCash Program.

Dispersal of the bonus payment

All accounts that meet the requirements of the Promotion will have the USD $250.00 added to the amount of their earnings for the pay period of January 16th - January 31st, 2005.

Checks and wire transfer payments for the January 16th - January 31st pay period will be sent out no later than February 7th, 2005.
